Hair Oil Therapy for Deep Nourishment

Oiling your hair or head massage with oil regularly can be the best therapy for your hair to keep it strong and healthy. Hair oils provide the required nourishment to the scalp by going deep into the hair tissue sending nutrients to all the hair roots. We all are aware of the benefits of different hair oils but what we may be missing out on is how different components can be added to these oils to increase its nutrient efficiency. Take a look at five powerful hair oil combinations. Include at least one of these regularly in your hair care regime, preferably twice a week and see visible difference in your hair quality and strength within three to four months.

1. Curry Leaves in Coconut Oil: Take two tpsp of coconut oil and a few curry leaves in a bowl and cook it on low flame for a minute or two or you can also microwave this for 45-60 seconds. Apply this mixture to your hair and let it stay for at least 90 minutes before you shampoo your hair.

2. Castor Oil and Olive Oil: Mix equal quantities of castor oil and olive oil and warm it. Apply this warm mixture to your hair and let it stay for at least 90 minutes.

3. Almond Oil and Coconut Oil: Mix equal quantities of almond oil and coconut oil and warm it. Apply this warm mixture to your hair and let it stay for at least 90 minutes.

4. Olive Oil and Lavender Essential Oil: Take 2-3 Tbsp of Olive oil and warm it up either on gas or microwave. Add 3-4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to this and apply this mixture on your hair. Let it stay for at least 60 minutes.

5. Coconut Oil with Rosemary Essential Oil: Take 2-3 Tbsp of Coconut Oil and warm it up either on gas or microwave. Add 3-4 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil to this and apply this mixture on your hair. Let it stay for at least 60 minutes.

6. Ginger Juice and Onion Oil: Take 2-3 Tbsp of Onion Oil and warm it up either on gas or microwave. Parallely, grate a small piece of ginger and juice it either by crushing or in a mixture grinder. Add half a Tbsp of this ginger juice to onion oil. You can also add a few drops of lime juice to this. Apply this mixture on your hair and let it stay for at least 60-90 minutes.
