1. Hibiscus Herbal Tea

Hibiscus is widely known for its antioxidant properties. Hibiscus tea helps in slowing down the ageing process and control visible signs of ageing such as wrinkles and fine lines leaving you with clear and beautiful skin.

2. Moringa Herbal Tea

Moringa is an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals. Moringa leaves and flowers are used to prepare herbal tea. Evidence shows that this tea helps lower blood sugar levels and cholesterol. It also contains hydrating and detoxifying elements, which boost skin and hair. It is successfully used in curing skin infections and sores.

3. Peppermint Herbal Tea

How to make Herbal Tea at home 

These ingredients are easily available and most of them may already be a part of your kitchen garden. Pluck a few leaves, and properly wash the leaves to remove any dirt or dust particles. Place a pan with two cups of water on the gas, bring the water to boil. When the water starts bubbling, add in all the ingredients/herbal leaves, bring the heat down to low, and let it remain for 2-3 minutes. Then, turn off the gas and let everything steep for about 10-12 minutes. Strain into cups and drink hot/warn. You can choose to not strain the leaves and drink it as it is.

These herbal teas are actually infusions of herbs, plants, flowers, or spices that add not only add flavor but also contain in-numerous health benefits. These teas are caffeine free, and do not have any side effects if consumed in appropriate quantity. However, some herbs may not suit some people, so it is important that you are watch out for any allergies. It is advisable to not consume these tea during pregnancy.
